Palestina
Palestine is a region in Western Asia encompassing the territory of Israel, the Gaza Strip, and the West Bank. Its name derives from the Philistines, who settled here in the 12th century BCE. In antiquity, the area was known as Canaan and witnessed numerous conquests thanks to its strategic location. Today, Palestine draws attention with its turbulent history and rich cultural diversity.
