Pula
Pula is a charming city in western Croatia, at the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula on the Adriatic Sea. It has around 57,000 inhabitants. Known for its ancient monuments, such as the amphitheatre and the Temple of Augustus, Pula draws lovers of history. Its Mediterranean climate brings mild winters and warm summers, with temperatures reaching 26°C in July and August. The best time to visit is spring and summer, when the city is full of life and offers plenty to see and do.
