Cambodia, officially known as the Kingdom of Cambodia, is located in Southeast Asia on the Indochinese Peninsula, sharing borders with Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam. The country is defined by the vast Mekong Plain and the picturesque Tonle Sap Lake. Its tropical monsoon climate brings a distinct wet and dry season, with temperatures ranging from 21 °C in December to 30 °C in May. The best time to visit is from November to March, when the weather is most pleasant. Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, stands out as the region’s main tourist attraction.
